5) Inspect and Adjust the Carriage Assembly
5a) Confirm LED’s are Working Properly
1) For the Side Wheel Hubs, Top Wheel Hub, Wall Washer (Light Bar), Smart Spray,
OverGlow™ and Foam Rain Assemblies do the following:
➢ Each individual LED color can be forced on, force each color on and verify that all
components with LED lights are lit and are the correct color.
➢ The Navigation Signs with a corresponding color will also turn on with the LED Color
Force.
5b) Check the Tension of the Shuttle Belt
If the Shuttle Belt is too tight there will be a Shuttle Overload Avoidance indicating that the
Shuttle Belt will need to be adjusted. To adjust the Shuttle Belt, perform the following
steps:
1) Jog the driver side, Side Wheel Shuttle Assembly inward 12” away from its home position.
2) Remove the driver side Motor Cover to gain access to the Shuttle Belt Assembly.
