Chapter 13 High-Pressure Pump Assembly
Installation of High-Pressure Pump Assembly
1) Locate the High-Pressure Pump Assemblies and the Pump Stand Accessory Box. Uncrate
the Pump Assemblies and inspect for any damages.
2) Determine an appropriate location in the Equipment Room for the High-Pressure Pump
Assembly.
Note: The recommended location is in the equipment room, centered to the machine for
minimum utility connection length.
Note: Be sure to leave adequate space around the pump station to allow for service and
maintenance of the pump and motor.
3) Remove the Covers from the Pump Assemblies and set them aside.

Remove Pump Covers and
set them aside along with
the fasteners.
