Chapter 13 High-Pressure Pump Assembly
Installation of High-Pressure Pump Assembly
4) On a flat surface lay down the Half Clamps then lay the Pump Stand into the Clamps, as
shown below. Adjust the location of the top Clamp on the Stand as desired.
5) Then place a Pump Assembly on top of the Clamp that is closest to the top of the Stand.
Attaching the top Pump Assembly first will make it easier to attach the bottom Pump
Assembly to the Stand.
6) Align the holes in the Pump Mount Plate with the holes in the Clamp.
7) Using the fasteners provided attach the Pump Assembly to the Clamp securing it to the Pump
Stand, in four locations. Be sure to insert and tighten the fastener under the pump first since
it is difficult to reach.
8) Adjust the location of the bottom Clamp on the Pump Stand, spacing the Pump Stations as
desired.

Place a Pump Assembly on the
top Clamp. Align the Mount Plate
holes with the Clamp holes.
Step 5 & 6:
Insert and tighten the
fasteners, tighten the
fastener under the
Pump first.
Step 7:
Adjust the location of the
bottom Clamp as desired.
