Chapter 6 Frame and Carriage Assembly
Frame Overview
The Cube® Frame is available in a Square Aluminum Frame. The Cube® Frame Assembly is
available in three different lengths: 28’, 30’ and 32’. The length is determined by the length of the
car wash bay. This manual will show installation dimensions for all the frame lengths.
The different frame lengths are obtained by changing the length of the entrance and exit rails. A
28’ Cube® Frame Assembly will consist of 14’ rail lengths for both the Entrance and Exit Rails. The
30’ Cube® Frame Assembly will consist of 14’ rails for the Entrance Rails and 16’ rails for the Exit
Rails. And, the 32’ Cube® Frame Assembly will consist of 16’ rail lengths for both the Entrance and
Exit Rails. Each Frame Assembly has a 6-legged configuration.
Frame Assembly: Rails and Head Beams
1) Each Rail has the part number stamped on one of the 6” sides and the letter B” stamped on
one of the 3” sides. This letter indicates the bottom of the Rail. When installed properly the
letter “B” for each Rail is to be facing the ground and at the center of the Frame.
Note: Follow the torque specifications in Chapter 1 of this manual when tightening bolts.
Note: To obtain optimal wash quality and cycle time, for the Cube® Wash System, it is
imperative that the leveling techniques at the end of this chapter are performed.
