Chapter 13 High-Pressure Pump Assembly
Installation of High-Pressure Pump Assembly
9) Then place the bottom Pump Assembly on top of the bottom Clamp, align the holes, and
secure it to the Clamp.
10) Confirm all fasteners are tightened to ensure both Pump Assemblies are securely fastened
to the Pump Stand.
11) Position the Pump Assembly in the desired location, be sure to leave adequate space around
the Pump Assembly to allow for service and maintenance of the pump and motor.
12) Lag the Pump Stand to the ground using the four (4) Lag Bolts provided in the Pump Stand
Accessory Box.
Align holes on Mount
Plate and Clamp. Insert
and tighten fasteners,
tighten the one under
the pump first.
Step 9:
Position the Pump Assembly
in location and lag the Pump
Stand to ground.
