♦ <Decay time>
The decay time parameter corresponds to the discharge time constant
of the peak value measurement. The decay time can be changed within
its setting range.
Setting range of the time constant for the decay time:
Minimum: 0,1 s Maximum: 9,9 s Step size: 0,1 s
Works pre-setting 5.0 s
Setting advice for the decay time:
A longer decay time smooths out very fast signal curves. The measured
peak value will thus be maintained for longer at a higher value than in the
case of a short decay time.
