The geometry factor is formed from the parameters „Multiplier“ and
„Divider“. In the rod-drop monitoring application the geometry factor is
used to geometrically compensate for the movement between the
measurement position and the position of the piston ring.
If the geometry factor = Multiplier / Divider is set to 1, the Cycle-DC
measurement can be used for general purpose applications.
