Labels
Problem Cause Corrective Action
Printer will not feed labels,
labels are jammed in the printer.
The leading edge of the label
supply is either not straight or
not inserted up to the black
line under the ribs.
Remove the label supply. Use a
pair of scissors to cut off the
bent or damaged portion making
sure to cut a straight leading
edge. When reinstalling, make
sure the leading edge is
securely under the ribs (at least
up to the black line). See
“Loading Labels” on page 16.
If the problem persists, follow
cleaning instructions shown in
“Cleaning the Printer” on
page 87.
Extra space is included before
my label content when using a
continuous label supply.
The No backfeed option may
be set.
Clear the No backfeed option.
