Label Types
Arrow Tape

Enter any additional text that should display on the label. As the
field name suggests, this field is optional.

7. For EU, tap Set Graphics.
8. Fill in the graphics screen.
a. In the # of Graphics list, select the number of graphics to display on the label. You can
add up to four graphics per label. If ‘0’ is selected, proceed to step e.
b. In the Category list, select the hazardous materials system that you want to use graphics
from.
c. Tap Graphic #1 and then select the desired graphic.
d. If you specified more than one graphic, select the remaining graphics in the same manner:
tap the graphic number and then the graphic.
e. Press .
Tip: You can always go back to the previous screen by selecting the lower left button on the
screen (Set Text or Set Contents).
9. Tap OK. The label displays in a preview mode on the screen. Use the navigation keys to view
the contents of the entire label.
Arrow Tape
The Arrow Tape label type uses continuous label supplies only. Arrow tape labels includes a single
graphic or arrow, rotated 90 degrees, repeated the length of the label. The label is wrapped around the
pipe rather than along the side of the pipe.
To create an arrow tape label:
1. Press LABEL TYPE.
2. Select either NA Safety or EU Safety.
3. Select Arrow Tape. The printer displays the settings screen for arrow tapes.
