19. Move the stage in x- and/or y-direc-
tion to return to the sample area, you
have chosen in step 10.
In case of a motorized stage, return the
stage to the x/y-position, you have saved
in step 14.

20. Check again the condenser setting. If
required, readjust the condenser height.

and the condenser focussing knobs (C/

21. Start the sample measurement. corresponding OPUS function

➣ Afterwards, OPUS calculates automatically the result spectrum of the sample and displays
