PINSETTER GUARDING
The StringPin Pinsetter is equipped with guards to prevent injury and to limit access to moving parts
of the pinsetter. Two guarding options are available; UL certied and CE Certied. UL Certied
guarding is the standard guarding for centers outside the European Union while CE Certied guarding
is required for centers in European Union countries as well as all residential installations. Refer to
Figure 2-4 and Figure 2-5 for an explanation of all pinsetter guarding.
Brunswick strongly encourages all centers to consider upgrading to
Brunswick’s CE Certied guarding.
WARNING! Do not operate the pinsetter without the guarding in place. Severe
injury could result if the pinsetter guarding is not used while the machine is
operating.
