Cleaning the Outside of the Printer
Wipe the surface of the printer periodically to keep it clean.

• Before cleaning, be sure to turn o the power and unplug the power supply. Also,
remove the batteries from the printer. Doing so may result in  re or electric shock.
• Do not use alcohol, thinner, or other  ammable solvents to clean the unit. Doing so
may result in  re or electric shock.

Turn o the power and unplug the power plug from the power outlet.

If batteries are being used, remove them.

Wipe the surface of the printer.

Wipe the printer with a cloth moistened with water and wrung out tightly. Use a lint-free
cloth.

Allow the water to dry completely before proceeding to the next step.

Insert the power plug into the outlet and turn on the power.
