Cleaning/Replacing the Cleaners
The tube attachment, (optional) tube warmer, and (optional) plate and at tube attachment are
equipped with a cleaner (or plate cleaner) to remove dirt from the surface of the print media.
Remove the cleaner (or plate cleaner) as shown in the gure, and then remove the dirt from the
sponge. If the sponge is damaged, replace the entire cleaner.
IMPORTANT
• Dispose the used cleaner and plate cleaner according to local government regulation.
• There are two types of cleaner, the cleaner (blue) and plate cleaner (gray). For more information, refer
to
"Consumable Supplies and Options (P.229)"
