SETUP AND CALIBRATION, CONT.
Scale 1 - Calibration – Multi Interval
Intervals:
With the Scale 1 – Calibration – Multi Interval screen displayed the current setting for the
Intervals: parameter will be shown. If the setting displayed is acceptable, proceed to
the next parameter.
Otherwise, press the SPACE key to step through and select the Interval (number of
weight ranges to use). Allowable selections are One, Two, or Three.
One
Select One for Single Interval and then press the ENTER key to save the new setting and
proceed to the Calibrate Scale screen.
After pressing the ENTER key, the display will briefly show:
Setting Parameters and then Setting Multi-Interval
and then change to the Calibrate Scale screen.
Two
If Two is selected, two (2) additional parameters will be displayed on the screen. Press
the Down Arrow to advance to the;
Low Interval Capacity:
This is the weight capacity for the low range interval. If the setting displayed is
acceptable, press the Down Arrow to advance to the Middle Interval Value:.
Otherwise, use the numeric keys to enter the weight capacity for the low range interval
and then press the Down Arrow to advance to the next parameter. Note that the value
entered cannot exceed 7 digits and must be less than the overall capacity.
Middle Interval Value:.
This is the middle range interval value. If the setting displayed is acceptable, press the
ENTER key to save the setting and proceed to the Calibrate Scale screen.
Otherwise, use the numeric keys to enter the middle interval weight increment value (the
value entered must be bigger than the low interval value) and then press the ENTER key
to save the new setting.
In either case, after pressing the ENTER key, the display will briefly show:
Setting Parameters and then Setting Multi-Interval
and then change to the Calibrate Scale screen.
NOTE: The error message Invalid two interval settings will be
displayed after pressing the ENTER key, if incorrect values have been entered
for Low Interval Capacity: and Middle Interval Value:. To change
the settings, press the /ESC key to return to the Intervals: screen.
