Tweak low weight:
This is the low end of the range of weight that requires adjusting. For example, if after
performing linearization testing, the displayed weight is 5 lbs low between 10,000 lbs and
15,000 lbs, the value for the tweak low weight is 10000.
If the setting displayed is acceptable, press the Down Arrow to advance to the
Tweak high weight: parameter.
Otherwise, use the numeric keys to enter the tweak low weight and then press the
Down Arrow to advance to the next parameter.
Tweak high weight:
This is the high end of the range of weight that requires adjusting. Using the example
above, the value for the tweak high weight is 15000.
If the setting displayed is acceptable, press the Down Arrow to advance to the
Tweak weight: parameter.
Otherwise, use the numeric keys to enter the tweak high weight and then press the
Down Arrow to advance to the next parameter.
Tweak weight:
This is the amount of weight that needs to be added (or subtracted) from the range of
weight to bring the displayed weight into tolerance. Again, using the example above,
the Tweak Weight would be 5.
If the setting displayed is acceptable, press the ENTER key to return to the
Scale 1 – Fine Span screen.
Otherwise, use the numeric keys to enter a new tweak weight and then press the
ENTER key to return to the Scale 1 – Fine Span screen.
