Wheelnutandbolttorque
Checkthetorqueofthewheelnutsandboltsattherst10hoursofoperationwheneverawheelisremovedorfor
anewmachine.Ifthenutsandboltsareloose,tightenandcheckafteranadditional10hoursofoperation.Repeat
untilthenutsandboltsremaintight.
Rearwheels
Specication:305N·m(225lbft)
NOTICE:Tightennutsinacrossingpattern(sequence),as
shown.
Rearwheel:
1.Tightenthetenmountingnutsinsequenceuntil
thewheelissnugagaintheaxlehub.
2.Tightenthenutsinsequencetoatorqueof136
N·m(100lbft).
3.Tightenthenutsasecondtime,insequence,
toatorqueof271N·m(200lbft).
4.Turnthenutsinsequenceanadditional30°to
setthepreload.
