(1)ComfortSteer,ifequipped:
Therockerswitchismomentaryandsprings
backtocenterwhenreleased.Pressthe
emblemendtoenableComfortSteer.The
emblemilluminates.Presstheoppositeendto
disableComfortSteer.Theemblemnolonger
illuminates.
NOTE:ComfortSteerisonlyavailablewhenthetrans-
missionisin1stor2ndgear.ComfortSteerautomatically
disengagesifthekeyswitchisplacedintheOFFposition,
themachineloseselectricalpower,ortheoperatorplaces
themachinein3rdor4thgear.
(2)Hazardasherlights:
Presstheemblemendoftherockerswitchto
activatethehazard(ashing)lights.Pressthe
oppositeendtoturnoffthehazardlights.
(3)Turnsignals:
Pushtheleftsideoftheswitchtosignala
leftturn.Theleftturnsignalindicatorlampis
illuminated.Pushtherightsideoftheswitch
tosignalarightturn.Therightturnsignal
indicatorlampisilluminated.Placetheswitch
inthecenterpositiontoturnoff(cancel)the
turnsignalforanydirection.
NOTE:Theturnsignaldoesnotself-cancelafteryouhave
completedtheturn.Youmustreturntheswitchtothe
centerpositiontoturnofftheturnsignal.
(4)Directionalcontrollever:
•
Travelforward,lifttheleverandpushcompletelyfor-
ward.
•
Thecenterpositionisneutral.Makesurethedirection
controlleverisinNeutralbeforeyoustarttheengine.
•
Travelinreverse,lifttheleverandpullcompletelyrear-
ward.Anaudiblealarmwillsoundwheninreverse.
