counter-clockwiseuntilitisremoved.Itisnotnec-
essarytoremovethehosesinordertoremovethe
cap.

9.Usea13mmtooltoremovethetwoboltsthatsecure
thecoolers.
10.Swingthecoolersoutandcleanofdirtanddebris.
11.Checkthehoses,elbows,andsystemcomponents
forwearordamage.
12.Aftercleaning,swingthecoolersbackinandreplace
thetwobolts.

valve.Donotdetachthedrainhose.
14.AddCASECONSTRUCTIONradiatorushandfol-
lowthedirectionsoncontainer.
15.Aftertheradiatorushhasbeenused,closethera-
diatordrainvalveanddetachthedrainhose.
16.AddCNHXHDPREMIXoramixtureof50%ethylene
glycoland50%waterintothedeaerationreservoir
untilthelevelreachesbetweentheCOLDMINmark
andtheHOTMAXmarkonthetank.
17.Installthellercap.
18.Startuptheengine.
