5. If the report is incorrect, press the ‘Back’ button to return to the
‘Select a treatment to print’ screen. Repeat the steps to choose
the desired treatment to print.
6. If the report is correct, press the ‘Print’ button. The ‘Printing
Selected Treatment Report’ information screen will appear to
confirm that printing is occurring.
7. When the report has been printed, the ‘Select a report to print’
screen will appear.
Shift Report
The Shift Report option refers to a specific 24-hour day in which
treatments were performed on the illuminator. To print this report,
perform the following:
1. While in the ‘Select a report to print’ screen, use the arrow
buttons to choose the ‘Multiple Treatments’ option.
2. Press the ‘Enter’ button to select the option. The
‘Select treatments’ screen will appear.
3. Use the arrow buttons to choose the ‘Shift Report’ option.
4. Press the ‘Enter’ button to select the option. The ‘Select a shift
report to print’ screen will appear.
