Agitator Message This occurs if: Service Light
There is an issue with the
agitator. Treatment must
be canceled. Contact
service for assistance.
The agitator is stopped or is
moving slowly. Contact your
authorized service
representative for assistance.
On after
‘Cancel’ is
selected
Hold time exceeded. The ‘Unlock door button on the
Treatment Complete screen is
not pressed and the product is
not removed within the required
time after illumination. Follow
your facility’s guidelines for
products marked Incomplete.
