Message This occurs if: Service Light
The label printer is not
working. Check that the
label printer is connected
to the illuminator, and it
has adequate supplies.
Touch ‘OK’ to retry the
label printer or ‘Cancel’ to
quit.
There is an issue with the label
printer. Turn off the illuminator
after treatment. Check the
cable connection to port 3.
Check the label printer for
adequate paper and supplies.
Turn on the illuminator and try
to reprint labels. If this message
continues to occur, contact
your authorized service
representative.

The printer is not working.
Check that the printer is
connected to the
illuminator, and that the
printer has adequate
paper and toner supplies.
Touch ‘OK’ to retry the
printer or ‘Cancel’ to quit.
There is an issue with the
treatment printer. Turn off the
illuminator after treatment.
Check the cable connection to
port 4. Check the printer for
adequate paper and supplies.
Turn on the illuminator and try
to reprint the report. If this
message continues to occur,
contact your authorized service
representative.

The valid range for labels
is 0 6. Touch ‘Edit’ to re-
enter the number of
labels to print.
The number entered for labels
to be printed is greater than 6.

The entered TCP/IP
address is invalid. Touch
‘Edit’ to re-enter the
address.
The TCP/IP address was not
entered in the correct format.
You must enter 12 characters
for the TCP/IP address. See
Section 3.7 for details.

The TCP/IP addresses
define a subnet of greater
than 1023 nodes. Both
TCP/IP addresses must be
re-entered. Touch
‘Cancel’ to continue.
The TCP/IP addresses entered
are invalid. Re-enter the data
management TCP/IP address
and the illuminator TCP/IP
address. If this message
continues to occur, contact
your System Administrator
and/or your authorized service
representative.
