Processing
Sets and
Treatment
Message This occurs if: Service Light
Treatment halted
because of power failure.
Containers are not in
appropriate chambers.
Treatment must be
canceled.
There is a power failure during
treatment and the processing
sets have been removed from
the illuminator. If processing sets
are removed, the sets cannot be
re-illuminated when the power
returns. The treatment must be
canceled.
Off
Treatment halted
because of power failure.
Touch ‘Continue’ to finish
or ‘Stop’ to cancel
treatment.
There is a power failure during a
treatment. If less than 10 minutes
have elapsed since the power
failure and the processing sets
are in place, press the ‘Continue’
button to resume the treatment.
Off
Treatment halted
because of power failure
for more than 10 minutes.
Treatment is Incomplete.
The power to the illuminator was
off for more than 10 minutes. The
treatment must be canceled.
OR
The treatment has been
interrupted several times for an
accumulated time over 10
minutes. The treatment must be
canceled.
Off
A Treatment Issue has
occurred (T1004).
Replace bulbs ‘X’ and ‘Y.’
The bulbs listed need to be
replaced. Contact your
authorized service representative
for assistance.
On
Hold time exceeded. The ‘Unlock Door’ button on the
Treatment complete screen is not
pressed and the blood product is
not removed within the required
time after illumination. Follow your
facility’s guidelines for products
marked Incomplete.
Off
Treatment stopped by
operator. Check
treatment status.
The operator pressed the ‘Stop’
button during the illumination
process.
Off
Blood component
parameters do not
match. Treatment must
be canceled.
Two different kinds of set codes
were loaded into the illuminator
for treatment. For example, a
large volume set and small
volume platelet set cannot be
illuminated together. Press the
‘Cancel Treatment’ button and
start the process with identical
kinds of set codes.
