Message This occurs if: Service Light
At least one of the sets
has not received sufficient
energy.
One or both processing sets did
not receive enough UVA light.
Refer to the ‘Complete’ screen
for treatment status.

At least one of the sets
has received an overdose
of energy.
One or both processing sets
have received too much UVA
light. Refer to the ‘Complete’
screen for treatment status.

Container(s) are not in the
appropriate chamber(s).
Treatment must be
canceled.
The processing sets are in the
wrong chambers or there is an
issue with the placement
sensors. Ensure the processing
sets are correctly positioned. If
this message continues to occur,
contact your authorized service
representative.

properly placed in the
illuminator. Treatment
must be canceled.
