Message This occurs if: Service Light
At least one of the sets
has not received sufficient
energy.
One or both processing sets did
not receive enough UVA light.
Refer to the ‘Complete’ screen
for treatment status.

At least one of the sets
has received an overdose
of energy.
One or both processing sets
have received too much UVA
light. Refer to the ‘Complete’
screen for treatment status.

Container(s) are not in the
appropriate chamber(s).
Treatment must be
canceled.
The processing sets are in the
wrong chambers or there is an
issue with the placement
sensors. Ensure the processing
sets are correctly positioned. If
this message continues to occur,
contact your authorized service
representative.

The set(s) have not been
properly placed in the
illuminator. Treatment
must be canceled.
The processing sets are in the
wrong chambers or there is an
issue with the placement sensor.
Ensure the processing sets are
correctly positioned. If this
message continues to occur,
contact your authorized service

The illumination time is
longer than the maximum
allowable illumination
time
The illumination time was too
long. The bulbs may need to be
changed. If this message
continues to occur, contact

The treatment time was
shorter than the minimum
required treatment time.
The treatment time was too
short. Contact your authorized
service representative for
assistance.

This container has already
been treated. Treatment
must be canceled.
The donation number and blood
product code have been
entered previously. Press the
‘Cancel’ button to cancel the
treatment. Then, start the
illumination process with a
different blood product.
