Message This occurs if: Service Light
An Integrity Check Issue
has occurred (C0013).
Replace bulbs ‘X’ and
‘Y.’
A problem is detected during
the self-tests. The listed bulbs
need to be replaced. Contact
your authorized service
representative for assistance.

Contact service for
assistance.
A problem is detected during
the self-tests. Turn off the
illuminator. Ensure the tray is
clean and present then turn on
the illuminator. If this message
continues to occur, contact
your authorized service
representative

Contact service for
assistance.
A problem is detected during
the self-tests. Turn off the
illuminator. Check the cable
connection from the barcode
scanner to port 1 on the
illuminator. Then, turn on the
