Section 5.4 System Issue Messages
The System Issue screens are full screens and will be in the following format:
A Safety Issue has occurred (S1XXX).
Contact service for assistance.
The Systems Issue alarms typically prevent continued use of the illuminator and
may require intervention by a service representative. If a System Issue appears,
the illuminator power must be turned off, wait until the screen darkens, and then
you may turn on the device again. Note the S1XXX number for troubleshooting
the issue, using the table below.
Message This occurs if: Service Light
A Safety Issue has occurred
(S1007). Contact service for
assistance.
The bulbs are on when they should be
off. Contact your authorized service
representative for assistance.
On
A Safety Issue has occurred
(S1010). Contact service for
assistance.
The agitator is moving slowly or moving
when it should not be. Contact your
authorized service representative for
assistance.
On
A Safety Issue has occurred
(S1012). Contact service for
assistance.
There are issues with the software.
Contact your authorized service
representative for assistance.
On
A Safety Issue has occurred
(S1013). Contact service for
assistance.
There are issues with the software.
Contact your authorized service
representative for assistance.
