Section 5.6 Information Messages
The information messages will be indicated by a blue-bordered pop-up screen
with an icon of a lowercase ‘i’ in a circle. In general, these screens will provide
operational status. For example, when printing labels, an information screen will
appear stating labels are printing.
Exceptions to the Information Message standard are the messages listed below.
Message This occurs if: Service Light
Open the door and drawer to
process treated set(s).
The door and drawer are not
opened after treatment. Open the
door and drawer to continue.
Off
Open the door and drawer.
Place the container(s) to be
treated into the illuminator’s
tray and then scan or
manually enter the required
data.
The door and drawer are not
opened before entering the data
from the container(s).
Off
Illumination time was longer
than normal. Replace the
bulbs to improve throughput.
Refer to the Operator’s
Manual for assistance.
The treatment time is longer than
expected. The bulbs should be
replaced. Contact your authorized
service representative for
assistance.
Off
Invalid username. Usernames
must be 2 to 17 characters
long and only contain letters,
digits, or the special
characters -$*./:+. Touch ‘Edit’
to enter a new username.
The username scanned is too short,
too long, or contains invalid
characters.
