2.1 Machine description
ME2000S is an automatic embossing and stamping machine for metal tags used for the identication of industrial
products. After the machine has been switched o󰀨, a small bu󰀨er battery provides su󰀩cient power to save all the
information in the memory and make it available for subsequent use.
ME2000S is controlled by a personal computer (not supplied), connected via the USB port, which contains the
dedicated CIM “PowerTag” software.
The system can also work in o󰀪ine mode (STAND-ALONE), i.e. without the "PowerTag" software, by using just the
LCD touch screen on the machine and a USB keyboard.
