7.3.9.12. Digital inputs (Models CVM-E3-MINI-xxx)
The operation of the input as a pulse counter is independent of the programming of the digital input,
that is, the device can be used as a logic input or tariff selection at the same time as a pulse counter.

In order for the digital input to function as a pulse counter, this parameter must be programmed with a value > 0.
