Viewing Support Information
Viewing Alarm/Warning History
From the user interface of the D9824, choose Support > Alarm History. The Alarm
History page is displayed.
The Alarm History page displays all the past system event messages and their set
and cleared dates and times. For more information on the alarm messages, refer to
D9824 Alarm Messages (on page 286).
Click Clear Alarms/Warnings History to clear all the messages in the Fault History
table. Click Export to export the alarm history to a .csv file. The File Download
dialog is displayed. Click Save to save the file to your local drive.
