Viewing the Channel Status
From the user interface of the D9824, choose Input > Channel Status. The Channel
Status page is displayed.
The following table describes the channel information displayed:
Parameter
Description
PE Index
Indicates the Program Entry number (PE1 to PE32).
Channel
Displays the input channel of the current PE. The channel is
displayed in a range from 1 to 65535.
Channel Name
Displays the channel name of the current PE.
Conditional Access
System ID
Indicates the type of Conditional Access (CA) system used by the
program (SA, BISS, or FTA).
Channel Authorised
Indicates whether the receiver is authorized to receive the
program (Yes or No).
Channel Encrypted
Indicates whether the received program is encrypted (Yes or No).
Channel Scrambled
Indicates whether the received program is scrambled (Yes or No).
