Antenna Configurations for 1552
The 1552 access point supports the following two types of antennas designed for outdoor use with radios
operating in the 2.4-GHz and 5-GHz frequency:
Cisco Aironet Low Profile Dual-Band 2.4/5 GHz Dipole Antenna Array (CPN 07-1123-01), an integrated
array of three dual-band dipole antennas
Cisco Aironet Dual-Band Omnidirectional Antenna (AIR-ANT2547V-N), referred to as “stick” antennas
Two types of mounting configurations are available: the cable strand mount and the pole mount.
