Interpolation requires two axes,
the virtual A-axis and B-axis.
Map to the 0, 1, 2, 3 axes of the
actual output.
This parameter sets which axis
the A axis maps to. For example,
3 indicates A axis maps to the
three axes (Pulse_3 and Dir_3).
