• All parameters should meet your application’s specifications. If parameters change after FFC
completion, the results may no longer be accurate. Perform another FFC.
FPN Correction
In general, factory FPN correction is sufficient for most applications. However, if a new FPN
correction is required a user set FPN correction can be applied.
To perform FPN Correction:
Step 1. Cover the lens (place the sensor in dark).
Step 2. Set the Flat Field Correction Mode
to Off and check the line profile / histogram. If some, or
all, of the pixels outputs are zero, then you should adjust the Black Level feature offset value to
ensure that all pixel output is above zero.

Step 3. Set the Flat Field Correction Mode to Calibration and select the required user set from
Flat
Field Correction Current Active Set drop-down menu.
