2 ANGLE LOW
The indicated minimum angle
of the screwing level was not
reached
3 ANGLE HIGH
The set maximum angle of the
screwing level has not been
reached
4 TORQUE LOW
The indicated minimum torque
of the screwing level was not
reached
5 TORQUE HIGH
The set maximum torque of the
screwing level has been ex-
ceeded
Check the screw process and
adapt the program if required.
6 PU: PROG?
An invalid program was trans-
mitted to the Power unit
Transfer the program over
again.
7 DRIVER IO
The program contains too
many E/A commands
Check the screwdriver pro-
gram.
8 START ?
There are too many start sig-
nals.
Check the applied start sig-
nals. Apply only one start sig-
nal.
9 INVALID PROG
Program is not valid (does not
exist, or was created for an-
other screwdriver)
Check the program and adapt
if required or select a different
program.
10 INTERRUPT
The start signal has been reset
prior to the normal end of the
screwing application.
The start signal must be pre-
sent until the end of the
screwdriver operation.
