7.6.3.1 Profibus DP / Profinet
The device files for the Profibus and Profinet can be downloaded through the AST40 se-
quence controller's web interface (see 8.3.4.17 Tools Fieldbus)
7.6.3.2 General Information
All the required program modules to connect the Profibus and Profinet to a Siemens S7 –
control unit can be found in the software package DEPRAG_AST40PNDP.zip.
IMPORTANT
The modules must only be used for S7 – control units with an integrated
Profibus master or Profinet interface.
