15 Trouble Shooting
If you experience any problems, please check first if all instruction included in the safety
and operating instructions have been observed. Take appropriate precautions, if required.
Possible problems are listed in the following table:

AST 11 does not start, no
power supply
Switch the AST11 on at the main switch, see 7.2 Assembly
Instructions

Check if the IP address set at the AST11 is correct.
Screwdriving program does
not start
Check the Program Choice selection in Menu Setup >> Ba-
sic Settings.
The pre-selected program
does not start
Check the Program Choice selection in Menu Setup >> Ba-
sic Settings.

If you detected that the sequence controller AST11 is defective, then send it to DEPRAG.
Under no circumstances should you try to find or remedy the electrical fault.
