5.6 Specifying a zoom setting
By specifying a zoom ratio, the copy can be enlarged or reduced.
Zoom ratio settings
Zoom setting Description
Full size Copies are made at the same size as the document (100%).
AUTO The most appropriate zoom ratio is automatically selected
based on the size of the document loaded and the specified
paper size.
FIXED The most suitable zoom ratios for copying from common
standard document sizes to standard paper sizes are availa-
ble.

MANUAL The zoom ratio can be set between 25% and 400%. The zoom
ratio can be typed in directly by using the keypad. Each time
[+] or [,] is pressed, the zoom ratio is increased or decreased
by 1%.
X/Y ZOOM Width: The zoom ratio can be set between 50% and 200%.
Length: The zoom ratio can be set between 50% and
100%.The zoom ratio can be typed in directly by using the
keypad. Each time [+] or [,] is pressed, the zoom ratio is in-
creased or decreased by 1%.
