Media is
wrinkled.
The media is moist
from humidity or hav-
ing water spilled on
it.
Remove the moist media and replace
it with new, dry media.
The media feed roller
or fuser unit is defec-

(wrong size, thick-
ness, type, etc.) is
being used.
