IV-2-2 Wi-Fi Auto On/Off
When VigorAP is able or unable to ping the specified host, the Wi-Fi function will be turned on or off
automatically. The purpose of such function is to avoid wireless station roaming to an AP which is
unable to access the Internet.
Available settings are explained as follows:
Item Description
Enable Auto Switch
On/Off Wi-Fi
Check the box to enable such a function.
Ping Host Enter an IP address (e.g., 8.8.8.8) or a domain name (e.g., google.com)
for testing if the access point is stable or not.
Click OK to save the settings.
