Various settings can be made for the threading mode. The possibilities are

20.6 User configuration (User config.) submenu
Settings can be made here that are designed to make working on the
machine in various external conditions easier for the operator.
The parameters are explained in more detail in the subchapters.
The menu is divided into the following submenus:
Menu item Setting options
BySize Seam sections are measured via the length specification (in mm).
ByCount Seam sections are measured via the stitch count.
Menu item Setting options
Down The sewing foot is lowered in threading mode.
Up The sewing foot is lifted in threading mode.
Pedal The sewing foot can be lifted or lowered with the pedal in threading
mode.
