Machine description
Power source (Battery system)
Battery pack contains 15 units of 302 Ah Lithium Iron
Phosphate cells enclosed in steel and plastic covered
box.
Battery system is a system where all battery
management system (BMS) functions are inside the
battery pack. Battery pack includes user interface and
BMS.
Electric motors
The machine is equipped with two air-cooled,
permanently magnetized synchronous motors. One for
the propulsion system and one for the vibration
system. Each of the electric motors is powered by a
motor controller.
Electrical system
The machine has the following control units (ECU,
Electronic Control Unit) and electronic units.
Main ECU (for the machine)
As well as checking and control units for drive and
vibration packages (electricity)
Propulsion system/Transmission
The propulsion system is a hydrostatic system with a
hydraulic pump that supplies two motors seriell
connected.
The motors drive the front and rear drums.
The speed of the machine is proportional to the
deflection/angle of the control lever from neutral.
Brake system
The brake system consists of a service brake, reserve
brake and parking brake.
The service brake is hydrostatisc and is activated by
moving the control lever to neutral.
Reserve/Parking brake
The backup and parking brake system consists of
sprung brakes in the motors. The brakes are released
with hydraulic pressure and are operated with a switch
on the instrument panel.
Steering system
