Interlock/Emergency stop/Parking brake -
Check
The interlock, emergency stop and parking brake must
be checked daily before operating.
The interlock, emergency stop and parking brake must
be checked daily before operating.
The interlock function is checked by the operator
standing up from the seat when the roller is moving
very slowly forwards/backwards. (Check in both
directions). Hold the steering wheel firmly and brace
yourself for a sudden stop. The buzzer sounds and
after 4 seconds the drive is switched off and the
brakes are activated.

the emergency stop button when the roller is moving
slowly forward/backward. (Check in both directions).

and the machine is switched off.
If a malfunction is detected when testing the
emergency stop, rectify the fault immediately.

activating the parking brake (1) when the roller is

parking brake indicator (2) lights up on the
left-hand side of the display when the parking
brake is activated. (Check in both directions). Hold

stop when the brakes are activated.
