Remove two screws
Thenremovethescrewstwoscrewsatthetop
ofthecontrol.Nowyoucanliftuponthecontrol
assemblywhileyoutipitoutatthetop.Thiswill
allowyoutoremovethecontrolassemblyfromthe
door.
Withthecontroloutyoucandisconnectthemolex
plugsformthedispenserhousingtothecontrol
assembly.Thiswillallowforcompleteremovalof
thecontrol.

DISPENSER OPERATION
Thedispenserhasauserinterfacesectioninthe
controlinthedoor.Theaugermotor,watervalve
andcubeiceareallcontrolledonthelowercontrol
board.Therearetwoconnectionsonthebackof
thecontroloneisa115VACconnectiontosupply
powertooperatethedooropeningsolenoid.The
otherisa12VDCconnectionfromthelowercontrol
boardtooperatedtherelaythatcontrolsthedoor
solenoid.(SeeFigure7)

Whentheactuatorispressedalowvoltagesignal
(12VDC)issenttotheuserinterfaceontheupper
controlbywayoftheactuatorswitchlocatedon
thehousingjustbehindthedoorsolenoidrelay.

communicationtothelowerboardbasedonthe
customersselectionofWater,cubeiceorcrushed
ice.Ifwateris selected the communication will
open a tri-ack on the lower board for the water
valve. If ice is selected it will do the same thing for
the auger motor and /or cube ice solenoid.
