152: Insert new card side 2 up
1. Turn a new card over end to end so side 2 is facing up.
2. Insert the card in the printer.
3. If the card is not immediately picked, press the printer’s U
SER button.
153: Insert same card side 2 up
1. Take the card from the printer and turn it over end to end so side 2 is facing up.
2. Insert the card in the printer.
3. If the card is not immediately picked, press the printer’s U
SER button.
166: C2 supply out or missing
The C2 retransfer film is missing or out of material.
1. Open the printer access door and remove the C2 retransfer film cartridge.
2. Replace the retransfer film.
3. Replace the C2 retransfer film cartridge.
4. Close the printer access door.
Press the U
SER button on the printer to clear the message.

167: C2 supply not identified
The printer cannot use the C2 retransfer film installed. The card will be canceled.
