240: C1 supply error
The C1 ink ribbon has encountered an error.
1. Open the printer access door and remove the C1 ink ribbon cartridge.
2. Reposition, repair, or replace the ink ribbon and advance the repaired area one full turn.
3. Replace the ink ribbon cartridge.
4. Close the printer access door.
Press the U
SER button on the printer to clear the message.

241: C1 supply type error
The C1 ink ribbon does not support an action requested by this print job.
Use a supply designed for this printer model.

SER button on the printer to clear the message.
242: RT1 reject tray full
The reject tray is full.
1. Open the printer access door.
2. Remove the retransfer film cartridge.
3. Remove the rejected cards.
4. Replace the retransfer film cartridge.
5. Close the printer access door.
Press the U
SER button on the printer to clear the message.
243: Card lost
A card that is expected to be in the printer is no longer present. The card will be canceled and
added to the Lost Cards count. Send the job to print again.
Press the U
SER button on the printer to clear the message.
245: Configuration error
The configuration is not compatible with the printer model. The printer cannot print cards until
the configuration issue is corrected. Contact your service provider for assistance.
