Aux Busses5.3.6
The CM404 Center Section has Bus Master functions. See page 118 to congure Aux
busses as stereo pairs.
Aux busses can be mono or stereo pairs. Each Aux bus can be congured as pre- or post-
fader. Press the Aux Knobset Select key to assign the Aux bus parameters to the knobs.
Aux bus assignments are displayed at the top of the strip. Pre-fader sends are displayed
in yellow; post-fader sends are in green.

Figure 5-14 shows the rst four Aux busses with 1/2 set to a stereo pair and others to
mono. Press the ► key to display additional busses. Stereo busses use two knobs:
The Pan knob (top) adjusts the stereo Pan and its lower-left key switches Pan in/
out.
The Gain knob (labeled with the send numbers) adjusts the overall Gain for both
sends and its lower-left key switches the pair in/out. The upper-left key switches
the send from post- to pre-fader.
Mono busses use one Gain knob and its lower-left key switches the send in/out.
The upper-left key switches the send from post- to pre-fader.
