Modular IO
Modular I/O congurations consist of one or more 3RU double-sided frames that can be
tted with a variety of I/O modules. For interface to the console, all signals are converted
to MADI. Depending on the conguration, a maximum signal density of 56 inputs and
56 outputs can be achieved on a single MADI I/O. Audio formats supported are remote-
controlled preamp, line level analog, AES/EBU, and HD/SD embedder/de-embedder.
These formats can be used simultaneously in the same frame. Refer to the Euphonix
