Error message Cause Remedy
mA output 1?
mA output 2?
mA output 3?
mA output 4?
Load error
The mA output cannot drive its mA
output current through the connec-
ted current loop (400 Ohm at 20 mA
max.).
Check whether the mA signal is re-
quired at all (e.g. for plotter). If not, in
the "INPUTS/OUTPUTS" menu,
analog output, switch off the output
signal.
Check the mA signal cable for inter-
ruption
Resistance in the current loop
> 400 Ohm (bridge: L)
> 1000 Ohm (bridge: H)
Reset the respective bridge on the
plug-in module "mA outputs":
L: < 400 Ohm
H: < 1000 Ohm
Temperature Interruption or short-circuit in the
temperature sensor or cable
Check the multi-sensor and cable
Setpoint Cl2?
Setpoint pH?
Setpoint Cond?
Setpoint Cl-N?
Setpoint error
Due to modification of the measuring
range the setpoint of the controller is
outside the measuring range.
Reset the controller setpoint or ad-
just the measuring range.
Limit Cl2?
Limit pH?
Limit ORP?
Limit Cond?
Limit Cl-N?
Limit value error
Due to modification of the measuring
range the limit value is outside the
measuring range.
Reset the limit value or adjust the
measuring range.
Cell Cl2 ?
Cell pH?
Cell ORP?
Cell Cond?
Cell Cl-N?
Chlorine sensor not correctly fitted.
Sand cleaning not effective.
Sensor, sensor cable or sensor mod-
ule defective.
µA-range of the sensor measuring
module exceeded (e.g. during peak
chlorination).
Correctly screw-in the chlorine sen-
sor. Check the sand cleaning.
Check the sensor, sensor cable or
sensor module, replace if necessary.
Peak chlorination stopped. Set lower
peak chlorination setpoint.
