[SOUR]:SAF:LOOP:CORR(?) <CPD> { OFF | MAN | SCAN | COMP }
Description: This command sets the mode of residual impedance correction.
This command switches the Product into the Loop Impedance
function mode.
Parameters: <CPD> Parameter represents type of residual
impedance correction.
OFF no correction
MAN manual residual impedance
correction
SCAN scanned residual impedance
correction
COMP compensated residual
impedance correction
Example: SAF:LOOP:CORR MAN Manual correction of residual
impedance.
Query: SAF:LOOP:CORR MAN? Returns the type of residual
impedance correction.
[SOUR]:SAF:LOOP:POL?
Description: Returns the type of test signal generated by DUT { POS | NEG |
SYM | NO }. This command switches the Product into the Loop
Impedance function mode.
Query: SAF:LOOP:POL? Returns type of test signal generated by
DUT {POS | NEG | SYM | DCP | DCN | NO}
Types are:
Test current is pulse (dc) with positive polarity (POS)
Test current is pulse (dc) with negative polarity (NEG)
Test current is symmetrical (ac) with positive phase (SYM)
Answer NO is sent in case an invalid test signal is generated.
[SOUR]:SAF:LOOP:CURR?
Description: This command returns the measured maximum (peak) value of
current flowing through the selected resistance. Maximum value
can be cleared using command SAF:LOOP:CLEar. Product returns
the current value using exponential format. Example: 215 mA is
returned as 215.0e-03. This command switches the Product into
the Loop Impedance function mode.
Query: SAF:LOOP:CURR?
[SOUR]:SAF:LOOP:CLE
Description: Clears the maximum (peak) value of current flowing through the
selected resistance. This command switches the Product into the
Loop Impedance function mode.
Example: SAF:LINE:CLE
