[SOUR]:SAF:VOLT:LOW(?) <CPD> {FLOat | GROund}
Description: This command connects or disconnects the Voltage Calibrator Lo
terminal to/from GND terminal. This command switches the Product
into the Voltage Calibrator function mode.
Parameters: <CPD> GROund grounds the Voltage Calibrator
Output.
FLOat floats the Voltage Calibrator output
from ground.
Example: SAF:VOLT:LOW GRO Grounds the Voltage Calibrator Lo output
terminal.
Query: SAF:VOLT:LOW? The Product returns GRO when the output
is grounded or FLO when floating.
[SOUR]:SAF:MET:FUNC(?) <CPD> {DC | AC}
Description: This command selects the dc or ac multimeter mode. This
command switches the Product into the Meter function mode.
Parameters: <CPD> DC sets to the dc multimeter mode.
AC sets to the ac multimeter mode.
Example: SAF:MET:FUNC AC Sets to the ac multimeter mode.
Query: SAF:MET:FUNC? The Product returns ac or dc.
[SOUR]:SAF:MET:PROB(?) <CPD> { OFF | 5KV | 10KV | 40KV }
Description: This command selects the HV internal or external high voltage
probe for the voltmeter. This command switches the Product into
the Meter function mode.
Parameters: <CPD> OFF – multimeter with no probe (V terminal)
5KV – multimeter with internal 5 kV probe (HV
terminal)
10KV – multimeter with external 10 kV probe
40KV – multimeter with external 40 kV probe
Example: SAF:MET:PROB 10KV Set 10kV external high voltage probe in
multimeter mode.
Query: SAF:MET:PROB? The Product returns OFF, 5KV, 10KV or
40KV.
[SOUR]:SAF:MET:CURR?
Description: This command returns the measured current. The Product returns
the current value using exponential format. Example: 215 mA is
returned as 215.00e-03. This command switches the Product into
the Meter function mode.
Query: SAF:MET:CURR?
